Variants

Consumed

Keep the timer for the expiry handler’s missing-ticket no-op.

Aborted

A lost pack is terminal; keep the timer for the same missing-ticket no-op.

Expired

Remove the timer along with the ticket.

ExpiryTimerFired

The timer core removes the fired expiry row with the same batch.
