Variants

BaseMissing

An external base was not a member after the lag window.

Blocked

A fresh global denial: permission failure, distinct from unavailable storage.

BaseCapped

An external base lookup hit an index cap.

ClosureCapped

A closure lookup hit an index cap.

ClosureMissing

Whole-group closure was still open after the membership lag window.

PacklistMissing

A named pack was still not a member after the membership lag window.

OpenClosure

The claimed head has a type that cannot be a history tip.

ExternalTooDeep

In-pack plus external chain depth passed the cap.

DecodeBudget

The decode budget, or one object past the Worker’s resident cap.

ExtractionUnavailable

The pack needs extraction, which the Worker cannot do yet (WP-4.10b).

ObjectBlocked

A selected object became blocked before a holder could be queued.
