Facts the Authorizer established, carried into apply as preconditions. M1 establishes owner; M2 (WP-2.6) sets grant so the pipeline can require grant.epoch when it commits.

Non-exhaustive: start from AuthzFacts::default() and set fields.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

grant: Option<GrantRef>

The grant that authorized the operation, if any.

owner: bool

Whether the principal owns the namespace.

caller_view: CallerView

The caller’s view; Writer is honoured only when the authorizer’s role is Authority.

authority_generation: Option<u64>

Generation of a trusted Authority allowance; preserved through retries.
