Enforce the SPEC-OBJECTS §7 reassembly invariant: the concatenated chunk contents MUST total exactly total_size bytes. Every reassembly site calls this after concatenation so a manifest whose total_size disagrees with its chunks is rejected instead of silently yielding wrong-length content.

Errors

MkitError::ChunkedBlobSizeMismatch when reassembled_len differs from total_size.
