Persisted bisect state.

Commits in skipped are excluded from midpoint selection. Old state files without skip: lines deserialize with an empty skipped set.

Fields

orig_head: Hash

HEAD as it was when bisect started.

orig_branch: Option<String>

Branch HEAD pointed at when bisect started, or None for detached.

bad_hash: Option<Hash>

The known-bad commit, or None if not yet provided.

good_hashes: Vec<Hash>

All known-good commits.

skipped: BTreeSet<Hash>

Commits explicitly skipped by mkit bisect skip. Excluded from midpoint selection; neighbour search falls back to the nearest non-skipped candidate.
