PerObject

Historical behaviour: full flush + dir flush per object, object visible immediately. O(objects) full flushes.

§

Batch

Stage now, make durable + visible together at WriteBatch::commit. O(1) full flushes per batch. Default.

(There is deliberately no “no flushes” policy: a visible object MUST be durable — SPEC-OBJECTS §10.1 — because every writer’s content-addressed dedup trusts visibility. Ephemeral snapshots belong in crate::store::EphemeralSink, which never touches the store.)
