The identifier of an asset, the word that identifies it in an account vault.

An asset id encodes the issuing faucet, the asset class and the composition rule; read them with AssetId::faucet_id, AssetId::asset_class and AssetId::composition rather than decoding the limbs by hand, since the encoding is protocol-versioned.
