What the forwarder did, for a caller that wants to report progress.

An enum handed to a callback rather than a log line, because this crate does no logging and the CLI owns every byte the user sees. The variants are the three things worth telling somebody watching a tunnel: it is up, a request went through, or the proxy refused one for a reason worth spelling out.

The listener is bound and accepting. Carries the address actually bound, which differs from the requested one when the caller asked for port 0.

The proxy refused the exchange, with the distinction the status carries.
