Every frame chunk completed. Never returns a partial one.

Fails with ErrorKind::Protocol once the undelimited residue passes MAX_PENDING_BYTES — see that constant for why, and for why the check is on what is left after draining rather than on what arrived.

Bytes held for an incomplete frame. Diagnostic; a healthy stream sits at 0.
