A component whose source selection and ownership have already been resolved.

Preparation must validate the owning package boundary and select optional styles and script ownership. Loading does not repeat those decisions.

tag_name: String

Custom element name used for registration.

html: ComponentFile

Selected HTML template.

css: Option<ComponentFile>

Selected stylesheet, or None when no stylesheet was found.

is_client_owned: bool

Whether authored browser code owns the custom element.
