Parse a window string. Accepts: “today”, “yesterday”, “last_N_days” (e.g. “last_3_days”), “since:”, “last_session”, “all”.

pub fn to_range(&self, now_ms: u64) -> (u64, u64)

Resolve to a (start_ms, end_ms) window relative to now. LastSession returns (0, u64::MAX) — the actual session boundary is computed by the caller from the entry list.
