One published snapshot: the stream header plus the superblock payload that was in the file at the same moment — the two things the seqlock brackets. Their agreement is the guarantee; see Spine::read_snapshot.

Fields

stream: StreamHeader

tick_seq: u64

Counter recorded by the last stream tick (distinct for two ticks in one millisecond). Standalone layer writes advance sequence, not this field; explicit superblock writes may replace the record.

epoch_ms: i64

Wall-clock milliseconds at publish time. Freshness, not ordering.

sequence: u64

The seqlock value this snapshot was read under; always even.
