§block_count: u32§activation_count: u32§coactivation_count: u32§fingerprint_count: u32§delta_tail_offset: u64§decay_event_count: u64Count of hebbian energy-decay events. There is no producer for this
field today. HebbianState::apply_drift decays energies in place and
keeps no count, and nothing in the crate reads the field back; until a
producer exists, the value here is whatever the file happens to hold.
publish_spine used to do decay_event_count += cycle, which grew the
field as a sum of cycle numbers — quadratically, and unrelated to any
decay that had happened. That write is gone, which is a behaviour change
only for a reader that trusted a number with no source.
