Accept-queue depth requested for each published TCP port’s host listener.
Valid values are 1..=i32::MAX, the positive range listen(2) accepts. The host kernel clamps
the request to its own ceiling – net.core.somaxconn on Linux (4096 by default),
kern.ipc.somaxconn on macOS (128 by default) – so asking for more than the host allows is
not an error; it simply has no further effect until that ceiling is raised.
