Create a new network FS to the provided target.

Arguments
  • addr address to connect to.
  • fs filesystem instance to use.
  • cancel_ops_on_drop whether to issue global cancellation to all outstanding operations when drop is called. This is required when using cfg(mfio_assume_linear_types) in order to prevent panic upon dropping the network filesystem.
