Backend connection configuration

Fields

ollama_url: String

Ollama server URL (default: http://localhost:11434)

timeout_secs: u64

Connection timeout in seconds

max_idle_per_host: usize

Max idle connections per host

ollama_autostart: bool

Auto-start a dead local Ollama server on connection failure (ollama::ensure_running). Sourced from app::Config.ollama.auto_start; only ever acts on loopback URLs.
