Expand description

A typed chunk of reasoning content emitted during streaming.

Replaces the in-band "Thinking..." / "...done thinking." text markers the legacy text callback used. signature is reserved for providers that emit verifiable thinking traces (Anthropic’s signature field, OpenAI’s encrypted_content); None for now.
