Struct PageId 

pub struct PageId(pub u64);

Stable locator of a memory record.

Historically this was the index of the 64 KB page holding the memory, and databases migrated from that layout keep those numbers, so every persisted reference to a page id stays valid. It is now an opaque id: records are addressed through the engine’s locator table, not by file offset.
