Outcome of an install_read_mem call — captured so callers can log what actually happened without re-deriving it from side effects.

Fields

mem_name: String

Mem name, taken from the validator’s approved config.

copied_to_cache: bool

true if canonical bytes were written into the cache on this call; false if the content-addressed cache file already existed and was left alone.

registered_in_config: bool

true if a new readMems entry was added to the mem config on this call; false if the name was already declared.

warnings: Vec<WarningHint>

Typed non-fatal issues surfaced by the install.
