The binding id is not the canonical <mem>/<stem> shape.

UnknownArtifact

One or more disposition ids were never presented by the engine — the gate refuses the whole call (no partial write). Names each offending id.

The offending, never-presented ids (sorted).

printed: usize

How many ids the engine did present (the accepted set size).

Store(StoreError)

Reading or writing the durable advance store failed.

Engine(String)

The set_mem_sync_state baseline write failed on completion.
