The entity read’s derived provenance block: created-by and last-modified-by, derived from the append-only history record — never from anything an agent can edit after the fact.
Fields§
§created_by: Option<ProvenanceRecord>The creation record. None when the recorded story does not
start at the entity’s creation (adopted/migrated mems) — the
honesty pattern: absence stated, never fabricated.
last_modified_by: Option<ProvenanceRecord>The newest recorded touch.
story_truncated: boolTrue when the recorded story is truncated (its oldest touch is
not the creation) — created_by is then absent.
check_state: StringDerived verification check state (agent-trust plan 14):
never_checked | checked_ok | check_failed | check_stale
— computed by comparing the newest verification record’s
entity-hash against the current one, never stamped. Kind-scoped:
a conformance record never supersedes it.
last_check: Option<CheckRecord>The newest verification record, when one exists.
conformance_state: StringDerived conformance state — the same four values, computed
against the newest conformance record with pin-awareness (a
schema re-pin stales it). never_checked when no conformance
record exists, which is every pre-kind workspace.
last_conformance_check: Option<CheckRecord>The newest conformance record, when one exists.
