Result of charging an allocation to the current task.

Three states that used to be one boolean: an allocation can be charged, belong to no task at all, or be deferred because the registry lock was busy. A report must be able to tell them apart (plan A08).

Variants

Charged

The task was charged, memory_usage includes this block.

Unattributed

No task context was installed; the block belongs to no task.

Deferred

The registry lock was busy, so the charge was skipped and counted. The affected task’s metrics are a lower bound for this capture window.
