Typed credential-use intent fed by the resolver shell. Identifies WHICH credential gate is asking, never a policy decision: the AuthMachine owns the (phase, credential_present, intent) -> disposition verdict.

HoldAuthority

Resolver post-publish lifecycle-authority gate (require_credential_lifecycle_authority).

BeginRefresh

Resolver OAuth-refresh begin gate (begin_managed_store_oauth_refresh_lifecycle).
