meerkat 0.7 moved the member rows (mobkit/get_member, list_members, ensure_member, find_members) to lowercase state strings — matching the published SDK constants (MEMBER_STATE_ACTIVE = "active") and the console vocabulary. The identity-first status/inspect surfaces must speak the same casing so the two member-state surfaces never disagree on the same wire.
