Typed failure when a transcript identity is missing a required id (D199).

Replaces the prior unwrap_or_default() empty-string coalescing in the projection sink: a delta lacking response_id / delta_id / item_id fails closed with a named field rather than emitting empty-string identity.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
