Typed peer address: transport atom plus endpoint string.

The endpoint is transport-specific (path for Uds, host:port for Tcp, agent name for Inproc) but is carried as a validated String so the transport atom can be branched on without re-parsing.

Strictly parse scheme://endpoint peer addresses.

Only the currently supported transport schemes are accepted. Unknown schemes and schemeless input fail closed so callers cannot silently reinterpret address truth as TCP.
