Struct Hardware

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct Hardware { pub chip: Chip, pub platform: String, pub loader: String, pub interface: [u8; 4], pub medium: u8, pub bd_write: bool, }
Expand description

The hardware an image is built for, as its configuration record describes it. Hardware::family hashes these fields.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§chip: Chip

The controller generation.

§platform: String

The record’s platform code, e.g. JB7.

§loader: String

The bootloader named by the boot banner, e.g. Code or JB8.

§interface: [u8; 4]

The first four bytes of the Core feature: its physical interface.

§medium: u8

The first byte of feature 0x0003.

§bd_write: bool

Whether the Profile List enables a BD writing profile.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Hardware

Source

pub fn key(&self) -> String

The canonical key Hardware::family hashes: name=value fields separated by 0x1F.

Source

pub fn family(&self) -> Family

The family: FNV-1a 64 of Hardware::key.
