GET {mecha10_api_base_url}/nodes/catalog - the live catalog of bundled framework nodes,
replacing both mecha10_node_kind::FRAMEWORK_NODE_CATALOG (as the mecha10 init/mecha10 add
selectable-list source) and the previous handlers::add::fetch_framework_nodes call against
/api/downloads/nodes. No caching, no fallback: every call is a fresh HTTP round-trip.
