The browser channel’s policy. The defaults are the most conservative — <br> line breaks, images as links only, and only http, https, and mailto links.

Schemes accepted for link and image URLs (without the colon, like "https"). None means http, https, and mailto. A list accepts only those — it does not add to the defaults.
