A failed request: something for a human (message) and something for the client to branch on (code). Non-exhaustive so a field can be added without a breaking release: build one with ErrorResponse::new.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

detail: Vec<String>

Sanitised engine diagnostics (path:line:col: severity: message) for a render_failed, present only when the server opts in (MDCAST_EXPOSE_DIAGNOSTICS). Omitted when empty, so a body without it is byte-identical to one from a server that predates the field.
