Enable stateful mode with session management

§mcp_id: Option<String>

MCP service identifier for logging

§tool_filter: Option<ToolFilter>

Tool filter configuration

§backend_isolation: Option<BackendIsolation>

Backend isolation (None = default by backend type)

§max_sessions: Option<usize>

Max concurrent upstream sessions (None = unlimited)

§connect_timeout: Duration

Per-session backend connect timeout (URL lazy connect)
