The agent already folds every one of these into [AgentStats]; an observer sees the same decisions individually, before that summing loses the crate they belong to. Delivered synchronously from the request handler, so an observer that blocks slows the build it is watching.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
