MAVLink FILE_TRANSFER_PROTOCOL message.
The minimum supported MAVLink version is MAVLink 1.

§Encoding/Decoding
Message encoding/decoding are provided by implementing core::convert::TryFrom<Payload> for
FileTransferProtocol (encoding) and [IntoPayload] (decoding) traits.
These traits are implemented by Message proc macro.
Fields§
§target_network: u8MAVLink field target_network.
Network ID (0 for broadcast)
target_system: u8MAVLink field target_system.
System ID (0 for broadcast)
target_component: u8MAVLink field target_component.
Component ID (0 for broadcast)
payload: [u8; 251]MAVLink field payload.
Variable length payload. The length is defined by the remaining message length when subtracting the header and other fields. The content/format of this block is defined in https://mavlink.io/en/services/ftp.html.
