Payload shorter than the 33-byte minimum.

AuthFailed

AEAD authentication failed (wrong key or tampered ciphertext).

NonceMismatch

The counter-derived nonce did not match the payload nonce.

EncodeFailed

The AES-CCM encode produced no output (unreachable for fixed-length keys).
