Struct MaxExpansions 

pub struct MaxExpansions(pub u32);

The maximum number of custom command expansions allowed in one snippet.

Names are resolved when a command is expanded, so a definition may refer to itself, directly or through other definitions, and expanding it would never end. Rather than detecting that, we simply stop after this many expansions, as LaTeX and KaTeX do.

The default is 1000, which is the same limit that KaTeX uses for its maxExpand setting.
