Cache budgets a Compiler owns, in bytes rather than entry counts.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

executable_cache_bytes: usize

Byte budget for the vocabulary-independent executable cache. 0 disables caching.

trie_cache_bytes: usize

Byte budget for the shared vocabulary byte-trie cache. 0 disables retention only.

bind_policy: BindPolicy

How SchemaProgram::bind picks a regular-schema bind mode.
