A single captured instant, pre-derived into every shape a no-arg
date()/localtime()/time()/localdatetime()/datetime() call
needs – real Cypher guarantees every such call within the same
query returns the same value (so duration.between(date(), date())
is always PT0S, never a few-microseconds-off nonzero duration from
two independent now() reads); capturing one chrono::Utc::now()
and deriving every field from it (not one now() call per field)
is what makes that guarantee hold even within a single construction.
