The hook config file of a merge target, where its entries are appended.

Fields

file: &'static str

Under the target root.

top_level: &'static [(&'static str, i64)]

Keys set at the top of the file before appending (Cursor’s version).

trust_gated: bool

The harness skips hooks it has not been told to trust, keyed on their position in file (Codex): a sync that moves or adds one says so.
