Approximation qualifier from DateApproximationVocabType.

Paired with an IsmDate in ApproxIsmDate to express constructions like “circa 1995” or “early 2003”. The qualifier is informational and does not affect IsmDate::contains or IsmDate::end_cmp.

"1st qtr" — first quarter of the year.
