Incremental RGBA animation encoder shared by Maple consumers.

The input slice is borrowed only for the duration of Self::add_frame. libwebp performs architecture-specific runtime dispatch internally and falls back to its scalar implementation on unsupported CPUs.

Finalize the timeline and return the complete WebP file.
