Configurable ceilings for MNF6/MNF7/MNF8 decoding (mirror of codec::DecodeLimits; the same limit semantics at the header-validation points). Defaults = the format-derived maxima (identical to codec’s).

max_pixels: u64

Max total pixels (w*h).

max_tiles: u32

Max tiles.

max_decompressed: u64

Max decompressed payload bytes.
