Fields

events: Vec<RawEvent>

Timeline events in this window, oldest first.

limited: bool

true when there is a gap between since and this window — the client fell behind, or this is the room’s first sync (research doc §1.4, server plan §3.2). A limited window’s accompanying state includes the gap-rule membership backfill (server plan §3.3).

prev_batch: Option<String>

The pagination token for GET /rooms/{roomId}/messages?from= <prev_batch>&dir=b to page further back than this window. Absent only when the window covers the room’s entire history.
