The minimal {type, content} shape shared by ephemeral (m.typing, m.receipt) and account-data (m.tag, m.direct, m.fully_read, …) events (research doc §1.6/§1.7) — unlike RawEvent, these carry no event_id, sender, or origin_server_ts on the wire.
