Fields

resolved_users: Vec<UserId>

Users whose tracked device list this response refreshed (no longer outdated).

accepted_devices: Vec<(UserId, DeviceId)>

A device this response carried that was accepted (new, or an unchanged re-publish of an already-known device).

dropped_devices: Vec<DroppedDevice>

A device this response carried that failed validation and was never stored.

key_changes: Vec<DeviceKeyChanged>

A previously-known device whose keys changed – new keys applied (verified cleared) and flagged for the caller.
