Expand description

A cached negative answer (RFC 2308): the name does not exist (NXDOMAIN), or it has no records of the requested type (NODATA).

The MX, A, AAAA and PTR caches of a DnsCache hold Result<RecordSet<T>, Negative>. The lookup helpers store Err(Negative) only for answers that carry an SOA record, and return a cached Err as DnsError::RecordNotFound with the same response code, exactly as the query would.
