Strings for state and checks on purpose: they are gh’s vocabulary, and pinning them into an enum here would mean a new GitHub check conclusion turns a readable status into a deserialisation error on a run someone is trying to look at.

open, merged or closed.

pending, green, red or unknown.

Land round, 1-based, or 0 before the first fix.

rounds: usize

Land round budget.
