How the operator is told that a run is waiting on them.

A command rather than a built-in integration: magi is one binary with no network dependencies, and every operator’s notification path is different - ntfy, a Slack webhook, a Windows toast, an SSH to a machine that beeps. Shelling out keeps all of them possible and none of them magi’s problem.

Fields

command: Vec<String>

Command and arguments. {summary}, {run} and {url} are replaced. Empty means no notification - the web UI is then the only surface.
