A sidecar (<id>.lease) saying that something is alive and waiting.

A sidecar rather than a field of the question because a holder beats every few seconds, and rewriting the question that often would race the phone’s answer and say with lost updates. It is not *.json, so Questions::list never sees it. No pid check: pids are reused and mean different things across platforms, while a beat that stopped is evidence on every one.
