Semantic information about a span

Groups symbol kind and programming language together. This keeps the Span struct clean by using a single Option<SpanSemantics> instead of separate Option<String> fields for kind and language.

Symbol kind (function, variable, type, etc.)

language: Option<String>

Programming language
