Expand description

A single local homology region between two sequences.

Replaces the C LocalHom linked-list node with a plain struct. Collections of these are stored in a Vec rather than a linked list.

Fields§

§start1: i32

Start position in sequence 1.

§end1: i32

End position in sequence 1.

§start2: i32

Start position in sequence 2.

§end2: i32

End position in sequence 2.

§opt: f64

Optimal alignment score for this region.

§overlapaa: i32

Overlap in amino acids.

§extended: bool

Whether this region was extended.

§importance: f64

Importance weight (used in consistency scoring).

§rimportance: f64

Reverse importance weight.

§korh: u8

‘k’ (keep) or ‘h’ (homolog) classification.

§nokori: i32

Remaining count.
